  • Identify clients who have submitted queries, purchased stones, or saved searches for specific stones. This is done by saving customer preferences, e.g., purchasing history, saved searches, and ‘Haggling’ history.
  • Manage a “Specials” page, to show special diamond ‘Deals’ to selected clients.
  • Manage a targeted e-mail advertising campaign, by which you can send promotional material to clients about specific stone details and other offers.
  • Allow customers to display your company’s stone inventory (“Showcase”), but with their own logo and their price markups.
